1. Open AlertPay account. Browse down and click "Become AlertPay Verified" in Message Center.
2. Click "Upload Now" button
3. Tick on "Photo ID" and click next
4. Select which item you want to upload
5. It takes a while to upload your picture. Be Patient
6. Tick on Proof of Address. Click Next
7. Choose the document you would like to upload. But i'm recommended to you to choose "utility bill" and you can attached your "bank bill".
8. Wait a minutes while your document being upload.
9. Finish. Now wait for 10 days for your account to be verified. While you are waiting, why not create PTC account and start collecting money?
